Brad brings over 15 years of leadership experience across finance, strategy, and operations in healthcare. He has worked across a range of organizations — from innovative startups to Fortune 500 companies — with a focus on helping healthcare providers build, grow, and scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional patient care. Originally from the North Shore, Brad and his wife live in Lincolnshire with their two young daughters and their beloved rescue pit bull, Addison Clark. A die-hard fan of Chicago sports, he enjoys playing golf, staying active, and being involved in the local community. He is proud to be part of a team that’s committed to delivering meaningful, patient-centered care right here at home.

Denzel Washington
Director of Operations

Denzel joins Forward Focus with over 10 years in customer service, human resources, and finance across both the automotive and hospitality industries. He has a passion for creating and supporting a nurturing and comfortable environment for others and being of service in any way he can. Denzel earned his bachelor's degree in Communication from Bradley University, and in his free time loves entertaining, telling jokes, spending time with his nieces and nephews, and trying new things.

Lisa Lewis
Director of Patient Experience

Lisa Lewis brings a wealth of experience in marketing and customer service to Forward Focus. She has joined our administrative team to enhance the communication and coordination of your care. Lisa also has a strong interest in fitness and wellness. She has worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for many years. She engages in a regular, well-rounded exercise program. Movement is central to her lifestyle and, in fact, dance was part of her college education. Lisa has two children and lives in the northwest suburbs.

Marti Greenberg
Director of Marketing

Marti brings extensive strategic, analytical, and leadership skills to our team. She has a strong track record of advancing any organization’s goals and objectives in a broad range of industries, such as education, social service, faith-based, and healthcare. She fosters a collaborative, warm, friendly, and enthusiastic work culture.

In her free time, she enjoys activities with her family and friends, all genres of music, but is partial to the sound of the violin, which she has played off and on since fourth grade, trying new healthy recipes, hiking, and outdoor adventures.

Kelli English
Marketing Associate

Kelli is a warm and enthusiastic member of our team. She brings extensive experience in customer service. There is no task too big or too small; she is always eager to help. Kelli has a bachelor’s degree in theater, where she has developed excellent communication skills, which will be very helpful when addressing a patient’s needs. Kelli enjoys graphic design and collage, musical theatre, jogging, and cats.
