Forward Focus - Highland Park Office

As you may know, our Bannockburn office is a temporary location. We are thrilled to report that we have confirmed our new location in Highland Park at 799 Central Avenue. It is a beautiful space, and we are excited to share that November 1, 2025, is our anticipated opening date.

We are very busy getting ready to welcome our patients. We want to assure them that there will be no interruption in the continuity of their care, and we are certain they will find our new medical suite open, inviting, and warm. Please stay tuned for updates regarding the office and our move!
