Welcome to the kick-off of our 2024 Prevention & Wellness Offerings!

We are so pleased to introduce Dr. Neil Freedman. Dr. Freedman is a Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine specialist with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Freedman graduated from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine and provides compassionate, high-quality, academic-level care in a community setting. Using a team approach with each patient, he provides the critical information necessary to allow each patient to make educated decisions to resolve their acute and chronic health problems and improve their overall health. Dr. Freeman’s multidisciplinary, yet patient-centered approach empowers each individual to determine the appropriate diagnostic and treatment plan that will help them achieve their long-term health goals.

Dr. Freedman’s topic will be: Better Sleep, Better Life. He will be discussing sleep issues - diagnosis, interventions, and more. Please join us at this complimentary, interactive wellness program on January 24th at 5:30 pm Central Time. You can register by emailing Marti at ffwellnesscenter@outlook.com.
