Rebecca Morabito, Registered NurseRebecca Morabito, RN, Clinical Nurse Manager

Rebecca Morabito, RN joined the practice after 14 years of clinical experience in the critical care unit at Lake Forest Hospital. As a solutions-oriented, compassionate nursing professional, she prides herself on her positive relationship with patients. Her ongoing effort to exceed patient expectations contributes to the overall satisfaction of our members.  Rebecca conducts all laboratory work and in-office testing and supports the physicians as a partner in your care. Outside the office, she is spending time hiking, camping, and biking.

Caitlyn Welgrin, RN

Caitlyn Welgrin, RN joined the practice after working as a nurse for close to four years. She offers a warm and engaging presence. Caitlyn strives to provide high-quality and compassionate care to all our patients. She graduated college with both a BA in Psychology and a BS in Nursing, which offers her the opportunity to provide excellent physical and mental health care throughout her nursing career. She has gained valuable work experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys drawing, reading books to her daughter Ellie, spoiling her two cats with treats, and playing video and board games with family and friends.

Stella Lieske, RN

Stella Lieske, RN came to Forward Focus after 15 years in a concierge practice in Texas. Prior to that, she had a broad range of nursing experiences. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Nursing. She is warm, compassionate, dedicated, and bilingual in English and Spanish. She has two adult children and a French bulldog. She enjoys going to the spa and dancing.

Katy Manley, RN, Resource Coordinator

Katy Manley, RN is an accomplished professional blending healthcare expertise and strong people skills with sound business acumen. With degrees in Nursing and Psychology, she has excelled in roles from Staff Nurse to Pharmaceutical Sales to Medical Sales. Her strategic planning, relationship-building, eye for detail, and the warmth she brings to any situation have spurred strong and successful patient relationships everywhere she’s worked. Katy's commitment extends beyond professional realms; she’s an active volunteer, contributing to education and community wellness, and a proud mother of three kids, two dogs, one hamster, and a green tree frog. A diverse skillset positions Katy adeptly to care for patients while contributing to the business landscape at Forward Focus.

Christy Goodale, Patient Services & Facility Manager

Christy brings a warm and friendly presence to our office. She has opened and managed two women’s practices in New York, NY as well as a Med-Spa in Southern California. Her extensive experience with office details as well as assisting patients make her a wonderful addition to our team. She is married with two sons and a dog. She enjoys watching her son’s sporting events, exploring new restaurants, ballroom dancing, and visiting museums. She also volunteers to help foster families, food pantries, and other families in need in her community.

Kelli English, Patient Services

Kelli is a warm and enthusiastic member of our team. She brings extensive experience in customer service. There is no task too big or too small; she is always eager to help. Kelli has a bachelor’s degree in theater, where she has developed excellent communication skills, which will be very helpful when addressing a patient’s needs. Kelli enjoys graphic design and collage, musical theatre, jogging, and cats.

Susie Seiling, COO

Susie Seiling brings a passion for exceptional customer care combined with over 30 years working in finance and operations. With an extensive array of experience running small businesses, Susie, a Lincolnshire native, is happy to be back on the North Shore as part of the Forward Focus family. As the mother of six children, Susie understands the importance of preventative health and wellness, as well as the value of personalized care. A natural nurturer, Susie’s gentle disposition and insight allow her to be the ideal patient advocate while also ensuring smooth operations that enable our staff to focus on patient care. Susie has been moonlighting as a community theatre director for over 25 years and can occasionally be found teaching classes and workshops. When away from work, Susie and her husband love to spend time boating and hanging out with their kids and grandson.

Lisa Lewis, Patient Services

Lisa Lewis, Director of Patient Experience

Lisa Lewis brings a wealth of experience in marketing and customer service to Forward Focus. She has joined our administrative team to enhance the communication and coordination of your care. Lisa also has a strong interest in fitness and wellness. She has worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor for many years. She engages in a regular, well-rounded exercise program. Movement is central to her lifestyle and, in fact, dance was part of her college education. She is currently studying dance movement therapy and clinical mental health counseling on the graduate level. Lisa has two children and lives on the North Shore.

Meliha Sujic, Patient ServicesMeliha Suljic, Medical Billing/Coding Manager

Meliha "Mel" Suljic, CPC embodies the Forward Focus personalized and caring philosophy. In her role, she assists our team with sending claims to insurance companies and making sure that it is sent in a timely manner. Mel received her bachelor's degree in communication Disorders at Governors State University. We all benefit from her sense of humor and outgoing personality, and she generously volunteers her time to others in need. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her toddler son and seeing him becoming his own person and exploring different playgrounds. She also loves hiking, swimming, dancing, and singing karaoke in her car.

Stephanie Garcia, Medical Billing/Coding Specialist

Stephanie welcomes our patients in a kind and caring manner. She worked in an Obstetrics and Gynecology practice for 12 years as a receptionist and medical assistant. She brings to our practice additional customer service experience from her time as a retail store manager. She is very family oriented, a dog mom, a fitness enthusiast, and loves sports.

Amanda Hackney, Accounts Receivable Manager

Amanda brings to the practice 16 years of customer service experience as well as an associate’s degree in both arts and sciences. With 14 of those years being in the medical field, Amanda homed in on her attention to detail working in pharmacy, dental, and durable medical equipment, all the while maintaining kindness and a fun-loving spirit. With diligent organization, Amanda maintains patient memberships, manages incoming funds, as well as assists with administrative tasks. Amanda enjoys going to concerts, watching and playing sports, and most importantly, spending time with her husband and extended family.

Kimberly Simeonov, Accounts Receivable Specialist

Kimberly excels at number crunching and brings 10 years of experience in banking. Those years in banking also allowed her to develop close working relationships with clients. Customer service was a key component of her time in the industry. She has a bachelor's degree in management with a minor in accounting and English. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys all of her town's traditions, especially the Fourth of July fireworks.
