Outdoor Walking Club

Spring is in the air. Let’s take it outside – Our Outdoor Walking Club is back. Grab a friend and join us.

Date: Kick-Off Thursday, May 7 thru October 29th

Time: 8:30am CST

Location: Sunset Woods Park, 1801 Sunset Rd., Highland Park, IL 60035 – Gather at the rocket ship in the park

Who: All Forward Focus patients and the community at large are welcome.

Parameters: Registrants need to be able to walk a minimum of 30 minutes (approximately 1.5 miles) unassisted. All are welcome to walk further if desired.
