Forward Focus Concierge Medicine Lake Forest Welcomes Michael Levi, MD

Forward Focus Concierge Medicine Lake Forest is pleased to welcome Michael Levi, MD, to our practice. Dr. Levi will begin seeing patients on January 1, 2027.

“Mike has been a friend and colleague for 30 years, and we are honored to have him join our team,” said Dr. Gary Schaffel.

Dr. Levi brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and experience to Forward Focus. With a passion for connecting with his patients, he takes a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to care, working closely with each patient to develop a plan that best fits their individual needs and goals.

Dr. Levi provides comprehensive internal medicine care, with particular expertise in cardiovascular prevention, hypertension, diabetes, and weight management. He also believes strongly in addressing mental health as an important component of a patient’s overall health and well-being.

Driven by a commitment to science and lifelong learning, Dr. Levi continues to study and advance his knowledge of medicine to remain current with the latest best practices and innovative treatments and medications.
