Event: How to Boost Bone Health "Lunch & Learn" (in person)

We are very pleased to welcome back Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Sheryl Gray and Physical Therapist/Fitness Consultant, Bret Greenberg to talk with you about Bone Health on Thursday, June 12 (Note Change of Date) from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the first of our Summer Sampler “Lunch & Learn” series.

Sheryl Gray has been in private practice, Professional Nutrition Services (PNS), for the past 25 years. She understands that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all situation. Sheryl works with each client to design a personalized plan towards healthy eating.

Bret Greenberg holds his doctorate in physical therapy, along with post-professional certifications in orthopedics and manual therapy. But Bret’s passion lies in helping each person he works with make a positive change in their life. His mobile physical therapy practice, Locstep Concierge Wellness, is where he works with people who have never exercised in their life up to the professional athlete.

On June 12 (Note Change of Date) from 12:00-1:00 pm CST in the Forward Focus Lake Forest Medical Suite (in-person) Sheryl will discuss the major role diet plays in maintaining strong, healthy bones. Bret will address how essential exercise is for building or maintaining your bone density. Bring your sack lunch and join us for this engaging and informative session where we will explore unexpected bone-friendly foods and exercises to include in your everyday life.
